RESTAURANT L'OLEA ST COME

Alan Chappet, a chef originally from Lyon, transforms local products with authentic and refined cuisine. His story is a beautiful journey that has shaped him into a true professional. From his apprenticeship to the opening of his first restaurant today, he has worked with many renowned chefs. (Christian Têtedoie, Michel Troisgros, Guy Savoy, Laurent Petit, Pierre Gagnaire, Jérôme Roy au Couvent des Minimes …)

 

He therefore lived in Lyon, Paris, Annecy, Nîmes, Courchevel ou Saint-Tropez before settling himself in Maruéjols to open l'Olea restaurant in June 2021 with his wife Élodie Soria.

"In this bistronomic concept, the cuisine changes according to inspiration. The dishes are reimagined with a touch of modernity. We focus on simple, healthy, and delicious products. For our goal is to work plainly, and whenever possible, with products that are mostly organic, fresh, natural, and local."
