RESTAURANT L'OLEA ST COME

The restaurant L'Olea is located in the heart of the family-owned olive estate, which produces olive oil using Organic Farming methods. All stages are carried out on-site, from olive tree cultivation to pressing and bottling. This high-quality olive oil is available for sale at our establishment and is used in the preparation of our dishes, from starters to desserts.

On the terrace of the restaurant L'Olea, you will be enjoying the nearby olive grove and the preserved landscape of the Vaunage hills.

Our story

RESTAURANT L'OLEA ST COME

In 2017, the acquisition of an old wine cellar in Maruéjols gave birth to the project. Once restored, the basement houses the olive oil mill, while the ground floor features the restaurant and its terrace.
